Welcome to Neighbors in Action Outreach
Neighbors in Action Outreach is a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening Southeast Dallas through collaboration, compassion, and community-driven solutions.
For years, our organization has walked alongside families by providing food assistance, community events, outreach, and support services. Today, we are expanding our vision to transform our 26,000-square-foot campus into a collaborative Community Resource Center where nonprofits, churches, businesses, and volunteers work together to meet the evolving needs of our community.

Our vision is to create one central location where individuals and families can access the support they need to thrive economically. We bring organizations together under one roof to maximize impact and strengthen our community, avoiding duplicated services.

Richard McNack
Chief Operating Officer
Richard oversees operations, facilities, strategic partnerships, and community initiatives, guiding the continued growth of the Community Resource Center vision.
